Nice watch! The dial is indeed metal. The bezel turns well but goes back a little if pulled. In this price range, I consider it very good. The 20mm bracelet (reduces to 18mm) with solid links and a hidden clasp (butterfly) is made of steel. One negative point is that a terminal link (case link / end link) does not fit well in the watch case. I will take off one star from the review because of this.
